The corner led Eickhorst's Jochen Cornelißen to fire away a dangerous shot which Ehrhard Mögle despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Winfried Binding was the one to do the kick off. After recieving a nice pass, Eickhorst's Jochen Cornelißen tried to score from far away in the 55th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The match ended in a draw.
