Medusa Gallus's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Niederschöneweide FC the free kick. In the 14th match minute, Medusa Gallus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hans Schlumberger to maneuver through the defense. Niederschöneweide FC's Carsten-Alexander Michael suffered a sore foot after 15 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Dimitrios Wiese's late challenge caught a Niederschöneweide FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dimitrios Wiese helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Medusa Gallus fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 15th minute. Penalty! Niederschöneweide FC's Torsten Hoth proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Niederschöneweide FC from getting a goal against them. Peer Neuber hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. In the 26th minute, Niederschöneweide FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Mika Dzembritzki fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Gerd Wichter's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 28thth minute, Torsten Hoth skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Torsten Hoth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mika Dzembritzki in the 30th minute of play. Torsten Hoth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mika Dzembritzki in the 32nd minute of the match. Torsten Hoth made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Ludger Gäbelein sent off a good shot on target. Niederschöneweide FC's Nils Baumgartner got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 46th minute, Nils Baumgartner got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 47 played minutes Medusa Gallus got a freekick which was hit by Ludger Gäbelein. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nils Baumgartner to strike the kick off in the second half. If Nils Baumgartner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 57th minute, Ludger Gäbelein hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Hans Schlumberger was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 61 minutes had been played. A collision led to Medusa Gallus getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Hans Schlumberger hit a great ball. Nils Baumgartner succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-2 in the 63rd playminute. When Nils Baumgartner came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Niederschöneweide FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nils Baumgartner couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Medusa Gallus booed when Niederschöneweide FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thomas Rapp didn't get a good kick on the ball. Niederschöneweide FC's Torsten Hoth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerd Wichter in the 75th minute of play. Medusa Gallus's Peter-Stefan Kosten proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Medusa Gallus from getting a goal against them. In the 79th minute, Nils Baumgartner made a precise shot to the right of Peter-Stefan Kosten. Medusa Gallus's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. After a rather tough play, Niederschöneweide FC's Peer Neuber got a free kick in the 82nd minute. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Niederschöneweide FC's goalkeeper Torsten Hoth, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gerd Wichter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Torsten Hoth having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Christof Bähr hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 91st match minute, Medusa Gallus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerd Wichter to maneuver through the defense. Mika Dzembritzki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Torsten Hoth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Niederschöneweide FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
