Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) FC Buxtehude's Thomas Köhnen started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 10 played minutes FC Buxtehude got a freekick which was hit by Luca Schmidt. Leif Gödtel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Peter-Michael Ehinger came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Buxtehude's Glenn Blohme. But to his dismay, Glenn Blohme quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Peter-Michael Ehinger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thomas Köhnen, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. If Ralf Georgii had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of FC Buxtehude booed when Heufurt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matti Kaspar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Klemens Kahlert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ralf Georgii, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Peter-Michael Ehinger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luca Schmidt in the 33rd minute of the match. Peter-Michael Ehinger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thomas Köhnen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Claas Fuss might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Peter-Michael Ehinger. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Claas Fuss ran back to his position shaking his head. Ralf Georgii fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Klemens Kahlert having to interfere. 41 minutes into the match, Heufurt's goal looked a bit too open when Claas Fuss came free, but Peter-Michael Ehinger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 44 minutes, Matti Kaspar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Heufurt and the FC Buxtehude players grew even worse after the yellow card. Heufurt's defense didn't have a chance, in the 47th minute, when Thomas Köhnen scored to the left of an out of position Peter-Michael Ehinger, making the score, 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Thomas Köhnen in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Peter-Michael Ehinger prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Heufurt's Peter-Michael Ehinger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thomas Köhnen in the 59th minute of play. Luca Schmidt kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Leif Gödtel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, FC Buxtehude's Klemens Kahlert got control of the ball when Ralf Georgii tried to sneak it across the goal line. Peter-Michael Ehinger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thomas Köhnen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Buxtehude's Klemens Kahlert proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save FC Buxtehude from getting a goal against them. After 66 minutes, Luca Schmidt mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Buxtehude and the Heufurt players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 72nd minute Glenn Blohme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter-Michael Ehinger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ralf Georgii received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Klemens Kahlert tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 77th minute, Thomas Köhnen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Buxtehude fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. After a rather tough play, Heufurt's Curt Jochimiak got a free kick in the 84th minute. Glenn Blohme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th minute Thomas Köhnen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter-Michael Ehinger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Leif Gödtel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 93 minutes into the game, Thomas Köhnen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Peter-Michael Ehinger was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ralf Georgii received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Klemens Kahlert tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Heufurt's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
