Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Eckart Panetta started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. A collision led to Sankt Nikolaus getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Jakob Rybohl hit a great ball. Brian Seck might have been able to make a better finish in the 5th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alf Keilbach. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Brian Seck ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 8th minute, Brian Seck got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sankt Nikolaus's Alf Keilbach played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brian Seck in the 10th minute of play. When Jens-Uwe Pfaffmann came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Redderschmiede fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jens-Uwe Pfaffmann couldn't finish the play. Jens-Uwe Pfaffmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alf Keilbach having to interfere. If Brian Seck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26th minute, Dennis Finke hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 29th minute, Christoph Frieg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jens-Uwe Pfaffmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alf Keilbach showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brian Seck, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. In the 40th minute of the match Hans Hemling shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alf Keilbach showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Marcel Kamp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eckart Panetta, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Brian Seck made the kick off in the second half. Sankt Nikolaus's Eckart Panetta got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Leif-Eric Bandmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcel Kamp having to interfere. Sankt Nikolaus's Alf Keilbach proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Sankt Nikolaus from getting a goal against them. In the 67th minute Eckart Panetta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcel Kamp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alf Keilbach came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Redderschmiede's Jens-Uwe Pfaffmann. But to his dismay, Jens-Uwe Pfaffmann quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Redderschmiede's Herbert Gödtel got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marcel Kamp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eckart Panetta, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Jakob Rybohl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Marcel Kamp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Jens-Uwe Pfaffmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Redderschmiede's Brian Seck got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 87th minute, one of Redderschmiede:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Redderschmiede. Redderschmiede:s Marcel Kamp showed great skill when he stopped Niko Renner:s penalty. Jens-Uwe Pfaffmann struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Alf Keilbach didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Redderschmiede. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Brian Seck in the 98th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alf Keilbach saved Sankt Nikolaus from getting behind.
