With a couple of smart ball manuevers Theodor Höltgen in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg André Ahrens saved 1.Fc Salach from getting behind. Theodor Höltgen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without André Ahrens having to interfere. André Ahrens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Theodor Höltgen in the 30th minute of the match. Joost Lambacher showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hansjörg Howahl in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, Oskar Voßhoff got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
