Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Paul Heider started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Klopp's Jamie Antermann got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 6th minute, Jamie Antermann left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Klopp fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sascha Derigs in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marek Frister saved Klopp from getting behind. In the 11th minute, Karl Gensel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jamie Antermann might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Thorsten Riepe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jamie Antermann ran back to his position shaking his head. If Paul Heider had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Badenheim's goalkeeper Thorsten Riepe, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Georg Pluhm hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Marek Frister showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sascha Derigs, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Hugo Glasser sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 35 minutes into the match, Klopp's goal looked a bit too open when Sascha Derigs came free, but Marek Frister reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Badenheim's Thorsten Riepe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jamie Antermann in the 37th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Paul Heider managed to get in a good position for a shot. Klopp's supporters rose to their feet, but Paul Heider was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thorsten Riepe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 42nd minute Erno Thoroe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thorsten Riepe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jamie Antermann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Badenheim's zone, Paul Heider stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thorsten Riepe came out of the goal and Paul Heider tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sascha Derigs to strike the kick off in the second half. Thorsten Riepe made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Jamie Antermann sent off a good shot on target. In the 57th minute, Paul Heider fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 60th minute Sascha Derigs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marek Frister saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sascha Derigs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Marek Frister tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Hugo Glasser had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 68 played minutes Badenheim got a freekick which was hit by Dennis Riepe. The supporters of Klopp booed when Badenheim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Steffen Bongartz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thorsten Riepe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paul Heider in the 71st minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Jamie Antermann could shoot a difficult shot in the 76th minute, which Thorsten Riepe however easily saved by the left post. When Jamie Antermann came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Klopp fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jamie Antermann couldn't finish the play. In the 82nd minute of the match, Jamie Antermann got a very nice opportunity to score, but Thorsten Riepe was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Thorsten Riepe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paul Heider in the 87th minute of play. After having played for 90 minutes, Sascha Derigs managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Badenheim's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sascha Derigs was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thorsten Riepe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paul Heider, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. After 96th play minutes Jamie Antermann shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Thorsten Riepe and just under the crossbar into goal. The Badenheim fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Klopp were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
