Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Germany's Patrik Schwarze started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Valérien Dörmann's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Matias Jann read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. 5 minutes into the game, one of Pietenfeld:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 7th minute there was a penalty for Germany. Charles Bracke stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Erik Köpsel. 1-0. Valérien Dörmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matias Jann having to interfere. When Finn Reisert came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Pietenfeld fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Finn Reisert couldn't finish the play. 17 minutes into the match, Pietenfeld's Valérien Dörmann sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Matias Jann narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Pietenfeld getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Finn Reisert hit a great ball. If Patrik Schwarze had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 32nd minute, Knut Prause got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hans Nordhaus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matias Jann having to interfere. In the 38th minute, Pietenfeld's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Patrik Schwarze fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Pietenfeld's zone, Knut Prause stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erik Köpsel came out of the goal and Knut Prause tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hans Nordhaus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Matias Jann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valérien Dörmann blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Matias Jann having to make a save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hans Nordhaus made a kick off. After 65 minutes, Conni Dogu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pietenfeld and the Germany players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 65 played minutes Pietenfeld got a freekick which was hit by Conni Dogu. 72 minutes into the match, Pietenfeld's goal looked a bit too open when Patrik Schwarze came free, but Erik Köpsel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Pietenfeld defense, Knut Prause kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Erik Köpsel. The Pietenfeld fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Erik Köpsel should have stopped the shot. Patrik Schwarze sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Erik Köpsel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patrik Schwarze in the 84th minute of the match. Knut Prause received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Erik Köpsel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Pietenfeld players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Germany.
