With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hermann Antwerpes in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Daniel Knoeringen saved Großdittmannsdorf from getting behind. Wolfgang Rückert kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 8thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Spechtshof's keeper Piet Bohmann was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Piet Bohmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bertil Baumeister in the 10th minute of the match. After 19 minutes, Henning Mulder mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Spechtshof and the Großdittmannsdorf players grew even worse after the yellow card. Wolfgang Rückert in the 30thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Piet Bohmann, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Hermann Antwerpes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Piet Bohmann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bertil Baumeister, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Walther Wendland blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Daniel Knoeringen having to make a save. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Bertil Baumeister scored 1-0 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Piet Bohmann, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 73rd minute Bertil Baumeister shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Piet Bohmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Knoeringen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hermann Antwerpes in the 81st minute of the match. Bertil Baumeister received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Piet Bohmann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 84th minute, Wolfgang Rückert made a precise shot to the right of Piet Bohmann. Spechtshof's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Piet Bohmann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bertil Baumeister, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 95 played minutes, Spechtshof's Eberhard Hütt shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Daniel Knoeringen came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Spechtshof reached it. Großdittmannsdorf were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
