Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Paul Austin took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the match, TSV Abensberg's goal looked a bit too open when Urban Vogelsang came free, but Samir Ullmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Paul Austin came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the BerlinerDiavolo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paul Austin couldn't finish the play. In the 7th minute, TSV Abensberg's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Paul Austin fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Mike Garske received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Samir Ullmann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in TSV Abensberg's zone, Paul Austin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Samir Ullmann came out of the goal and Paul Austin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 19 minutes into the match, TSV Abensberg's goal looked a bit too open when Paul Austin came free, but Samir Ullmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Artur Schaechter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 22 played minutes BerlinerDiavolo got a freekick which was hit by Urban Vogelsang. Samir Ullmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paul Austin in the 26th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Karl Veit hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience held their breath when Elis Ramsauer in the 39th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Pär Brecht's left hand side. TSV Abensberg's Artur Schaechter got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Artur Schaechter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Pär Brecht tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pär Brecht made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laurenz Roth in the 47th minute of play. TSV Abensberg's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Elis Ramsauer in the 49th minute. The corner led TSV Abensberg's Elis Ramsauer to fire away a dangerous shot which Pär Brecht despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Artur Schaechter to make the kick off. Artur Schaechter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 56th minute Artur Schaechter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pär Brecht saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Samir Ullmann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mike Garske, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Laurenz Roth managed to get in a good position for a shot. TSV Abensberg's supporters rose to their feet, but Laurenz Roth was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pär Brecht breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 66 minutes into the game, Urban Vogelsang was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BerlinerDiavolo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave TSV Abensberg the free kick. After 66 played minutes BerlinerDiavolo got a freekick which was hit by Urban Vogelsang. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artur Schaechter in the 69th minute of play forced BerlinerDiavolo's goalkeeper Pär Brecht to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Boris Veighand hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. With his leg Pär Brecht managed to avoid a goal in the 71stth minute, when TSV Abensberg's Laurenz Roth fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a defensive mix-up in BerlinerDiavolo's zone, Laurenz Roth stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pär Brecht came out of the goal and Laurenz Roth tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When BerlinerDiavolo's Mike Garske in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye TSV Abensberg's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, TSV Abensberg's Jürgen Krebs got a free kick in the 78th minute. When BerlinerDiavolo's Paul Austin in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye TSV Abensberg's goalie prevented a goal. In the 82nd minute Paul Austin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samir Ullmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 89 minutes into the match, TSV Abensberg's Laurenz Roth sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pär Brecht narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Mike Garske had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. TSV Abensberg had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
