Fritz Fink was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 12th match minute, Widdershausen FjC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bastian Bliska to maneuver through the defense. Hermann Schriever charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hermann Schriever the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee gave Widdershausen FjC a penalty, 26 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jan Base, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of SV Katy Perry Fan's Fritz Fink. 3-0. Constantin Klobke hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Edgar Szymczakowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Constantin Klobke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Widdershausen FjC's goalkeeper Viktor Piecyk, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Harro Ebert fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Widdershausen FjC's protests and gave Harro Ebert a yellow card for diving instead. Harro Ebert hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Constantin Klobke's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Viktor Piecyk read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tamino Schneller stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Bastian Bliska ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fritz Fink was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. In the 54th match minute, Widdershausen FjC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Morten Noll to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar Szymczakowski in the 57th minute of play forced Widdershausen FjC's goalkeeper Viktor Piecyk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Constantin Klobke received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Viktor Piecyk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 61st minute of the match, Edgar Szymczakowski tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Viktor Piecyk saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A collision led to Widdershausen FjC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Simon Litten hit a great ball. Constantin Klobke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as SV Katy Perry Fan's Edgar Szymczakowski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Viktor Piecyk. That made the score 4-1 after 71 minutes of play. Viktor Piecyk stood somewhat misplaced when Constantin Klobke came free in front of goal and shot 4-2 to the left of him in the 78 minute. Edgar Szymczakowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Widdershausen FjC's zone, Constantin Klobke stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Viktor Piecyk came out of the goal and Constantin Klobke tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Viktor Piecyk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgar Szymczakowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Tamino Schneller received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Fritz Fink tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Widdershausen FjC had won after a very even match.
