After 28 minutes, Reinhold Sakellariou mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Isengraben and the Brümmerloh players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 28 played minutes Isengraben got a freekick which was hit by Reinhold Sakellariou. Elmar Drinkard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 39 minutes into the game, Isengraben's Elmar Drinkard nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. The supporters of Brümmerloh booed when Isengraben was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marc Metzner didn't get a good kick on the ball. But to his dismay, Hansjörg Weis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5.
