Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Alex Bügen took the kick off in the first half of the match. Jobst Bix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Igli Wachsmann having to interfere. In the 5th minute Alex Bügen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Igli Wachsmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Ibbtown Digger defense, Hartmut Gauweiler kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Raoul Schulze-Boysen. The Ibbtown Digger fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Raoul Schulze-Boysen should have stopped the shot. After 12 minutes of play, InterWerder's Joschi Cramer made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Raoul Schulze-Boysen was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonius Pütz in the 15th minute of play forced Ibbtown Digger's goalkeeper Raoul Schulze-Boysen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hartmut Gauweiler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Raoul Schulze-Boysen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hartmut Gauweiler took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Raoul Schulze-Boysen. Raoul Schulze-Boysen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 28th minute, Antonius Pütz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alex Bügen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Igli Wachsmann having to interfere. Antonius Pütz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Raoul Schulze-Boysen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Antonius Pütz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Antonius Pütz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Giovanni Diekämper kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Igli Wachsmann made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jobst Bix in the 46th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The wind increased when Hartmut Gauweiler made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Ibbtown Digger's goal looked a bit too open when Hartmut Gauweiler came free, but Raoul Schulze-Boysen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When InterWerder's Hartmut Gauweiler in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ibbtown Digger's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Ibbtown Digger getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Mirko Sziedat hit a great ball. In the 61st minute of the match InterWerder got a corner. Ibbtown Digger's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Herbert Unsöld ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to InterWerder's Hartmut Gauweiler getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Hartmut Gauweiler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raoul Schulze-Boysen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hartmut Gauweiler in the 66th minute of play. The attack was good, but when Hartmut Gauweiler in the 71st minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Ralph Ostadal hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Raoul Schulze-Boysen was a little too slow when Hartmut Gauweiler got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 74th minute. The score was now 0-4. Hartmut Gauweiler struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Raoul Schulze-Boysen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for InterWerder. Ibbtown Digger's Raoul Schulze-Boysen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Ibbtown Digger from getting a goal against them. Antonius Pütz in the 80thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Raoul Schulze-Boysen, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A hard shot 83 in the game by Hartmut Gauweiler from a close distance when the talented Raoul Schulze-Boysen managed to make a qualified save. Ibbtown Digger's players were relieved. In the 86thth minute of the game Botho Walz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ibbtown Digger's Raoul Schulze-Boysen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 92nd minute Hartmut Gauweiler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raoul Schulze-Boysen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 94th minute, Jobst Bix got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. InterWerder's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
