Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Emilio Szeimies started the match with the kick off. Emilio Szeimies sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. BARCA's Emilio Szeimies got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Ibbtown Digger getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Jobst Bix hit a great ball. 16 minutes into the game, Ralph Ostadal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ibbtown Digger's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BARCA the free kick. After a rather tough play, Ibbtown Digger's Ralph Ostadal got a free kick in the 16th minute. Frank Rehm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jobst Bix, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. 29 minutes into the match, BARCA's goal looked a bit too open when Jobst Bix came free, but Frank Rehm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th match minute, BARCA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silas Miner to maneuver through the defense. The Ibbtown Digger fans' excitement grew in the 31st match minute when Ibbtown Digger's Alex Bügen looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. BARCA's attentive Ernst Kamp managed to snatch the ball when Roland Erler made a throw-in in the 35th minute of the game. Thorsten Günther recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Enzo Griesbeck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Emilio Szeimies received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Raoul Schulze-Boysen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Emilio Szeimies had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bartolo Sauer charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bartolo Sauer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.

Bartolo Sauer succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-2 in the 54th playminute. If Jens Ullrich had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Enzo Griesbeck managed to get in a good position for a shot. BARCA's supporters rose to their feet, but Enzo Griesbeck was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raoul Schulze-Boysen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Manfred Brand hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Alex Bügen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Enzo Griesbeck fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BARCA's protests and gave Enzo Griesbeck a yellow card for diving instead. If Emilio Szeimies had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thorsten Günther sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raoul Schulze-Boysen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emilio Szeimies went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Enzo Griesbeck kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see BARCA lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
