Fredrik Fritschken recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dötlingen sv's Egbert Uhl proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Dötlingen sv from getting a goal against them. When Fredrik Fritschken came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the FC Bayern fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fredrik Fritschken couldn't finish the play. Leopold Hecker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raban Tolksdorf in the 18th minute of the match. Andi Reifenstein scored 0-1 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leopold Hecker, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. FC Bayern's Leopold Hecker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Welf Abersell in the 25th minute of play. In the 25th match minute, FC Bayern was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Johannes Kelm to maneuver through the defense. Andi Reifenstein's late challenge caught a FC Bayern's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Andi Reifenstein helped the player get up and apologised. After 27 played minutes Dötlingen sv got a freekick which was hit by Andi Reifenstein. Welf Abersell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 36 minutes into the game, Heinrich von Osthoff was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Bayern's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dötlingen sv the free kick. After 36 played minutes FC Bayern got a freekick which was hit by Heinrich von Osthoff. After 41 played minutes FC Bayern got a freekick which was hit by Johannes Kelm. Fredrik Fritschken struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Egbert Uhl didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Bayern. In the 48th minute, Jonathan Schuler got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Welf Abersell made a kick off. Welf Abersell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leopold Hecker having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Jonathan Schuler managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Bayern's supporters rose to their feet, but Jonathan Schuler was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Egbert Uhl breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. FC Bayern's Thomas Haltenhof got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Egbert Uhl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Schuler, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. The audience was convinced that Fredrik Fritschken's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Egbert Uhl was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. 86 minutes into the game, Jonathan Schuler cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Egbert Uhl was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 94 minutes into the match, Fredrik Fritschken notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Dötlingen sv's Egbert Uhl. Egbert Uhl was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Egbert Uhl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fredrik Fritschken, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dötlingen sv's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
