Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Eicke Liebsch kicked off to start the match. Bernward Multhaupt kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Eicke Liebsch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Chris Geisberger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 8 minutes into the game, one of 1. FC Goch:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Friedhelm Tippelt walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. 14 minutes into the game, Börje Schlösser cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Chris Geisberger was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, 1. FC Goch's Marcel Asmus got a free kick in the 19th minute. 1. FC Goch's York Kähler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johannes-Paul Schneider in the 26th minute of play. A collision led to 1. FC Goch getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Ruben Wenzlaff hit a great ball. After some careless play in the LZS-Radstein defense, Börje Schlösser kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Chris Geisberger. The LZS-Radstein fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Chris Geisberger should have stopped the shot. Eicke Liebsch recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of LZS-Radstein booed when 1. FC Goch was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rudi Höher didn't get a good kick on the ball. Johannes-Paul Schneider took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised York Kähler. York Kähler dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Johannes-Paul Schneider stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Börje Schlösser sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind LZS-Radstein's goalkeeper Chris Geisberger, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 60th minute, Jürgen Kneissli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eicke Liebsch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 1. FC Goch's York Kähler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johannes-Paul Schneider in the 67th minute of play. LZS-Radstein's Robert Carnitz shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 73rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by York Kähler but with some difficulty. 85 minutes into the game, Robert Carnitz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LZS-Radstein's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave 1. FC Goch the free kick. In the 86th match minute, LZS-Radstein was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robert Carnitz to maneuver through the defense. Chris Geisberger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eicke Liebsch in the 88th minute of the match. Eicke Liebsch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, 1. FC Goch's York Kähler got control of the ball when Jürgen Kneissli tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eicke Liebsch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chris Geisberger having to interfere. 1. FC Goch's Börje Schlösser got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. For all the effort they put into the match, the LZS-Radstein players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for 1. FC Goch.
