With an all-out effort, magdeburger sv's Walther Hübener threw himself towards the right post 8 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Sebastian Blömeke, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Roland Zemke took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Walther Hübener to make any attempt to save it. Mehmet Çağrı Uraza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Klaas Blomeyer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, magdeburger sv's Hauke Hambrecht got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Meleklispor were awarded a corner in the 26th minute after magdeburger sv's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. 顾晨挺 took the corner. 顾晨挺 made a great header on Meleklispor's corner, it was just that magdeburger sv's Klaas Blomeyer managed to reach the ball for a save. Walther Hübener made an important save on a dangerous shot by Peer Franz in the 28th minute. In the 32nd minute Sebastian Blömeke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walther Hübener saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Thomas Quast got free with Walther Hübener in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 39th minute, Peer Franz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Bartlomiej Ochabski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thomas Quast could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Walther Hübener made a huge save.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sebastian Blömeke was the one to do the kick off. Walther Hübener showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peer Franz in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 54th minute, Thomas Quast ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Walther Hübener was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. In the 60th minute, Sebastian Blömeke made a precise shot to the right of Walther Hübener. Meleklispor's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Mehmet Çağrı Uraza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Klaas Blomeyer having to interfere. After 69 minutes of play, magdeburger sv's Peer Franz made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Walther Hübener was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mehmet Çağrı Uraza in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Klaas Blomeyer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Klaas Blomeyer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mehmet Çağrı Uraza, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Meleklispor's Walther Hübener played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Blömeke in the 88th minute of play. Peer Franz scored 6-1 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Walther Hübener, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Klaas Blomeyer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mehmet Çağrı Uraza in the 96th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Meleklispor players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for magdeburger sv.
