Uli Herkner didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Froschsee. In the 14th minute, Kamil Thorbrügge got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Uli Herkner stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ole Rexrodt's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. Kamil Thorbrügge could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Uli Herkner made a huge save. Kamil Thorbrügge sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpected shot in the 34th minute by Kamil Thorbrügge got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Kamil Thorbrügge managed to get in a good position for a shot. Froschsee's supporters rose to their feet, but Kamil Thorbrügge was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Uli Herkner breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Ole Rexrodt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Helmut Kittler hit a great ball. After 80 played minutes, Froschsee's Simon Gillesen shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Uli Herkner came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Froschsee reached it. The audience was convinced that Ole Rexrodt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Uli Herkner was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. Uli Herkner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kamil Thorbrügge in the 84th minute of the match. 85 minutes into the match, Ole Rexrodt had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Uli Herkner. Rödersbach's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ole Rexrodt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. If Philipp Merod had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maurice Moschel kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Philipp Merod fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erich Balog having to interfere. There was no doubt that Froschsee were the better team. Froschsee's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
