Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Lars Bausch got the match started through his kick off. When Bayer04's Anton Häusling in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Azadi's goalie prevented a goal. In the 15th minute, Addo Lawen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elmar Blatzheim was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Stefan Lüngen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elmar Blatzheim having to interfere. Anton Häusling sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in FC Azadi's zone, Loy Zion stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elmar Blatzheim came out of the goal and Loy Zion tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Elmar Blatzheim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anton Häusling in the 29th minute of the match. 32 minutes into the match, Rocky Rothensteiner had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Carl Graul. Bayer04's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rocky Rothensteiner was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. If Addo Lawen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 40 minutes into the game, Addo Lawen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Elmar Blatzheim was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Elmar Blatzheim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anton Häusling, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After the first half Bayer04 were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anton Häusling to make the kick off. A collision led to Bayer04 getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Hakon von Dreusche hit a great ball. Elmar Blatzheim was a little too slow when Anton Häusling got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 57th minute. The score was now 1-3. 60 minutes in the game, Anton Häusling fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Elmar Blatzheim having to interfere. Carl Graul took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adnan Steinebrunner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Loy Zion received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Elmar Blatzheim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Bayer04's Hakon von Dreusche in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anton Häusling in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elmar Blatzheim saved FC Azadi from getting behind. If Hakon von Dreusche had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Anton Häusling blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Elmar Blatzheim having to make a save. If Tobias Erler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anton Häusling scored 1-4 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Elmar Blatzheim, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Stefan Lüngen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Elmar Blatzheim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anton Häusling in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elmar Blatzheim prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Anton Häusling fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elmar Blatzheim having to interfere. Elmar Blatzheim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anton Häusling in the 94th minute of the match. The supporters of FC Azadi booed when Bayer04 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hakon von Dreusche didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carl Graul showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rocky Rothensteiner, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. When the final whistle sounded Bayer04 left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC Azadi.
