Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ibrahim Voßhoff made the kick off which started today's match. Jan Goepel came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Augsburg's Conny Rinke. But to his dismay, Conny Rinke quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Sergio Holtzmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jörg Bell in the 10th minute of the match. Conny Rinke received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Jan Goepel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jörg Bell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 20 minutes, Nils Weidemeier mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zellprojekt and the FC Augsburg players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 21st match minute, Zellprojekt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nils Weidemeier to maneuver through the defense. Zellprojekt's Jan Goepel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Zellprojekt from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Conny Rinke's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jan Goepel was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joachim Theiss got free with Jan Goepel in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Zellprojekt's Jan Goepel got control of the ball when Joachim Theiss tried to sneak it across the goal line. A hard shot 34 in the game by Joachim Theiss from a close distance when the talented Jan Goepel managed to make a qualified save. Zellprojekt's players were relieved. After having played for 36 minutes, Jari Worm managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Joachim Theiss sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Jan Goepel managed to avoid a goal in the 43rdth minute, when FC Augsburg's Joachim Theiss fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conny Rinke in the 46th minute of play forced Zellprojekt's goalkeeper Jan Goepel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Conny Rinke received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Jan Goepel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After 52 minutes of play, FC Augsburg's Joachim Theiss made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jan Goepel was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bastian Huber received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Jan Goepel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC Augsburg's Conny Rinke got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Joachim Theiss fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan Goepel having to interfere. Jan Goepel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Conny Rinke in the 68th minute of play. If Ibrahim Voßhoff had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jörg Bell could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Sergio Holtzmann made a huge save. Sergio Holtzmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ibrahim Voßhoff in the 75th minute of the match. 75 minutes into the game, Jari Worm was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Augsburg's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zellprojekt the free kick. In the 76th minute, Jari Worm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sergio Holtzmann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ibrahim Voßhoff, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 85 minutes into the match, FC Augsburg's Conny Rinke sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jan Goepel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 85 played minutes Zellprojekt got a freekick which was hit by Ben Scholl. 88 minutes into the match, Zellprojekt's goal looked a bit too open when Conny Rinke came free, but Jan Goepel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Joachim Theiss's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jan Goepel was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. After 92 minutes Zellprojekt's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Egidius Honsel who took care of the corner kick. FC Augsburg's Friedrich Wuckel was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jan Goepel in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Björn Hörnschemeyer took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 94th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jan Goepel. Zellprojekt's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.
