After having played for 7 minutes, Phil Quoos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wolbeck's supporters crossed their fingers, but Phil Quoos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, PB66's Dennis Pechstein got a free kick in the 8th minute. Wolbeck's David Theis shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 9th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Tore Mudra but with some difficulty. Tore Mudra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nikolaus Dahl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes into the match, PB66's goalkeeper Tore Mudra had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Phil Quoos. Nikolaus Dahl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Tore Mudra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26th minute, Phil Quoos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tore Mudra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nikolaus Dahl, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 31st minute Matthew Fesseler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tore Mudra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Phil Quoos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Tore Mudra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tore Mudra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nikolaus Dahl, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nikolaus Dahl in the 37th minute of play forced PB66's goalkeeper Tore Mudra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Matthew Fesseler kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Wolbeck's Tore Mudra threw himself towards the right post 43 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Nikolaus Dahl, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 48 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for PB66! Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The supporters of PB66 booed when Wolbeck was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Theis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marc Rückert kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Wolbeck's Phil Quoos got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 80 played minutes PB66 got a freekick which was hit by Marc Rückert. Wolbeck were awarded a corner in the 84th minute after PB66's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. David Theis took the corner. Tore Mudra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Phil Quoos in the 87th minute of the match. After 87 played minutes PB66 got a freekick which was hit by Kai Eberts. If Marko Eichel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Wolbeck's zone, Eusebio Notthoff stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tjard Spanl came out of the goal and Eusebio Notthoff tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 95th minute, Marko Eichel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 97th minute, Eusebio Notthoff ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tjard Spanl was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
