Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) 8 minutes into the match, Emil Drexel notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Eiserne Woelfe's Hannes Bruhn. Hannes Bruhn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hannes Bruhn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugen Tront in the 13th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emil Drexel in the 15th minute of play forced Eiserne Woelfe's goalkeeper Hannes Bruhn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arnold Kellermann during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 24 minutes into the match, Lars Schnitzer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hannes Bruhn. Eiserne Woelfe's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lars Schnitzer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. With a little luck, Eiserne Woelfe's Hannes Bruhn got control of the ball when Gerrit Neustadt tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, 1.FC Rumpelfüßler's Gerrit Neustadt got a free kick in the 31st minute. After a defensive mix-up in 1.FC Rumpelfüßler's zone, Toni Frosch stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Herwig Koenecke came out of the goal and Toni Frosch tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 41 minutes into the match, Eiserne Woelfe's goalkeeper Hannes Bruhn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lars Schnitzer. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugen Tront in the 47th minute of play forced Eiserne Woelfe's goalkeeper Hannes Bruhn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Eugen Tront made the kick off in the second half. Eugen Tront recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lars Schnitzer in the 55th minute of play forced Eiserne Woelfe's goalkeeper Hannes Bruhn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Tobias Ihm came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Eiserne Woelfe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tobias Ihm couldn't finish the play. In the 70th match minute, Eiserne Woelfe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Linus Brömme to maneuver through the defense. When Gerrit Neustadt came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the 1.FC Rumpelfüßler fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gerrit Neustadt couldn't finish the play. Hannes Bruhn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lars Schnitzer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hannes Bruhn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerrit Neustadt in the 82nd minute of play. Arnold Kellermann got his second yellow card in the match during the 83rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Hannes Bruhn went to the wrong direction when Maiko Stehr was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Hannes Bruhn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Schnitzer in the 87th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Eiserne Woelfe's zone, Eugen Tront stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hannes Bruhn came out of the goal and Eugen Tront tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 1.FC Rumpelfüßler walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
