Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gunter Schröder got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gunter Schröder in the 5th minute of play forced Asperheide FC's goalkeeper Benjamin Storm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benjamin Storm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gunter Schröder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Johannes Nagies fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mesut Hirtzel having to interfere. After 12 played minutes Michael Dupke rounded FC Simon 1978's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. 18 minutes into the match, Asperheide FC's Michael Dupke sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mesut Hirtzel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Gunter Schröder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Simon 1978's Benedikt Hübner got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Benedikt Hübner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Asperheide FC booed when FC Simon 1978 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michael Beck didn't get a good kick on the ball. Johannes Nagies received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Mesut Hirtzel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 36 minutes, Michael Dupke managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Asperheide FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Michael Dupke was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Michael Dupke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Asperheide FC's Michael Dupke in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Simon 1978's goalie prevented a goal. If Marcus Jensen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

With a little luck, Asperheide FC's Benjamin Storm got control of the ball when Benedikt Hübner tried to sneak it across the goal line. Michael Dupke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mesut Hirtzel having to interfere. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Simon 1978's goalkeeper Mesut Hirtzel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 67th minute, Michael Dupke ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mesut Hirtzel was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 72nd minute, Asperheide FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Benedikt Hübner fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Johannes Nagies sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Johannes Nagies had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Michael Dupke received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Mesut Hirtzel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gunter Schröder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benjamin Storm having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Asperheide FC had won after a very even match.
