Mugurel Pascu kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Cedric Scharf made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Boris Sachs sent off a good shot on target. 6 minutes into the match, Boris Sachs had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cedric Scharf. Aggro's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Boris Sachs was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After some careless play in the Aggro defense, Zbyszko Marchlewicz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cedric Scharf. The Aggro fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cedric Scharf should have stopped the shot. The VfB Traben-Trarbach fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when VfB Traben-Trarbach's Boris Sachs looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Boris Sachs in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cedric Scharf saved Aggro from getting behind. When Boris Sachs fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored VfB Traben-Trarbach's protests and gave Boris Sachs a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Aggro booed when VfB Traben-Trarbach was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boris Sachs didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 37th minute, Boris Sachs made a precise shot to the right of Cedric Scharf. Aggro's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Cedric Scharf took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dick Baier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 44th minute, Deyan Hagi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

Aggro's attentive Reiko Saal managed to snatch the ball when Deyan Hagi made a throw-in in the 55th minute of the game. 63 minutes into the game, Mugurel Pascu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Aggro's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave VfB Traben-Trarbach the free kick. In the 64th minute, Mugurel Pascu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kurt Anderheggen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cedric Scharf having to interfere. VfB Traben-Trarbach made a substitution. Albrecht Wolff replaced Niklaus Ebert. In the 77th minute, Dick Baier ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cedric Scharf was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. In the 80th minute, Dick Baier left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The VfB Traben-Trarbach fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. In the 83rd minute, Boris Sachs hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kurt Anderheggen kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. After 89 minutes of play, VfB Traben-Trarbach's Boris Sachs made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cedric Scharf was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rachid Knoll made in the 94th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Tjark Buchele however managed to control. In the 96th minute, Boris Sachs hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. VfB Traben-Trarbach were victorious despite being under pressure from Aggro for much of the match.
