Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Colin Tiedemann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Kreller having to interfere. Roman Kreller took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Colin Tiedemann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 14 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Jesper Giza sped through 1.FC Saarbrücken von 1903's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Roman Kreller. Roman Kreller showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jesper Giza, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. After 22 minutes, Jochem Bensch mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ParisBSC and the 1.FC Saarbrücken von 1903 players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 21st minute, one of ParisBSC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for ParisBSC. Constantin Löwenstein walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. After 26 minutes, Sascha Battenberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ParisBSC and the 1.FC Saarbrücken von 1903 players grew even worse after the yellow card. Lars Wörz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christian Hillenbrand read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. The supporters of 1.FC Saarbrücken von 1903 booed when ParisBSC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sascha Battenberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nicolai Sittarz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christian Hillenbrand read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. Colin Tiedemann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Kreller having to interfere. Roman Kreller stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jesper Giza's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. After having played for 40 minutes, Colin Tiedemann managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ParisBSC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Colin Tiedemann was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Jesper Giza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Roman Kreller was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. After 44 played minutes ParisBSC got a freekick which was hit by Lemmy Knopf. 46 minutes into the match, 1.FC Saarbrücken von 1903's goal looked a bit too open when Jesper Giza came free, but Roman Kreller reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Colin Tiedemann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jesper Giza made a kick off. Roman Kreller made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jesper Giza in the 56th minute of play. With a little luck, 1.FC Saarbrücken von 1903's Roman Kreller got control of the ball when Colin Tiedemann tried to sneak it across the goal line. Colin Tiedemann took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roman Kreller. Roman Kreller dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Jesper Giza blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Roman Kreller having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sascha Battenberg got free with Roman Kreller in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Erhard Buschenhagen fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 1.FC Saarbrücken von 1903's protests and gave Erhard Buschenhagen a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, 1.FC Saarbrücken von 1903's Erhard Buschenhagen got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Hans Scheunemann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Christian Hillenbrand tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jesper Giza in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roman Kreller saved 1.FC Saarbrücken von 1903 from getting behind. Jesper Giza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 94th minute, Jesper Giza reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Roman Kreller. The goal made the score 0-3. When the match was over ParisBSC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than 1.FC Saarbrücken von 1903 throughout the match.
