Oscar Schipper received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Günther Joseph tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 19 minutes into the match, Weikenreuth's Klaus Artmann sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Habib Knöfel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oscar Schipper in the 21st minute of play forced Weikenreuth's goalkeeper Günther Joseph to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Günther Joseph took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oscar Schipper, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Kelevra Boys CSC booed when Weikenreuth was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erik Zielonka didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Weikenreuth's zone, Holger Kieß stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Günther Joseph came out of the goal and Holger Kieß tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Klaus Artmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Habib Knöfel having to interfere. Klaus Artmanns short, quick shot in the 33rdth minute got Habib Knöfel to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oscar Schipper in the 35th minute of play forced Weikenreuth's goalkeeper Günther Joseph to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 37 minutes into the game, Klaus Artmann was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Weikenreuth's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kelevra Boys CSC the free kick. After 37 played minutes Weikenreuth got a freekick which was hit by Klaus Artmann. If Holger Kieß had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Weikenreuth's Günther Joseph played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oscar Schipper in the 39th minute of play. Roland Mahlberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Günther Joseph tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Holger Kieß fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Günther Joseph having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Oscar Schipper was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by William Oswald in the 51st minute of play forced Kelevra Boys CSC's goalkeeper Habib Knöfel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpected shot in the 53rd minute by Oscar Schipper got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Weikenreuth's Günther Joseph proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Weikenreuth from getting a goal against them. 58 minutes into the game, William Oswald was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Weikenreuth's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kelevra Boys CSC the free kick. Habib Knöfel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Klaus Artmann in the 70th minute of the match. Engelbert Freud fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Günther Joseph having to interfere. Weikenreuth's Günther Joseph played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oscar Schipper in the 74th minute of play. Oscar Schipper sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edmund Kubin kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Kelevra Boys CSC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
