Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Daniel Rameil started the match with the kick off. Kappishäusern FC's Henrik Hintze played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marko Klemme in the 10th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan Thimm in the 11th minute of play forced Kappishäusern FC's goalkeeper Henrik Hintze to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 14 minutes, Daniel Rameil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kappishäusern FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Rameil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Friedemann Olk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erwin Roob having to interfere. Henrik Hintze showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan Thimm, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Hansel Mahler's late challenge caught a Polonia Berlin's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hansel Mahler helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Polonia Berlin booed when Kappishäusern FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hansel Mahler didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marko Klemme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henrik Hintze having to interfere. When Julius Pohl fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kappishäusern FC's protests and gave Julius Pohl a yellow card for diving instead. Marko Klemme struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Henrik Hintze didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Polonia Berlin. After a rather tough play, Polonia Berlin's Jan Thimm got a free kick in the 30th minute. Daniel Rameil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 34 minutes into the game, Otto-Stephan Zeh was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Polonia Berlin's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kappishäusern FC the free kick. After 34 played minutes Polonia Berlin got a freekick which was hit by Otto-Stephan Zeh. Lorenz Prüfer, 38 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Jan Thimm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kosmas Knoeringen charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kosmas Knoeringen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Jan Thimm recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Friedemann Olk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Rameil charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Daniel Rameil the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Daniel Rameil hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. A collision led to Kappishäusern FC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Bastian Viehl hit a great ball. 73 minutes into the game, one of Polonia Berlin:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After a defensive mix-up in Kappishäusern FC's zone, Otto-Stephan Zeh stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henrik Hintze came out of the goal and Otto-Stephan Zeh tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Kappishäusern FC getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Julius Pohl hit a great ball. Polonia Berlin's Jan Thimm got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Ali Lieberwirth fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kappishäusern FC's protests and gave Ali Lieberwirth a yellow card for diving instead. 91 minutes into the game, one of Kappishäusern FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Henrik Hintze, was totally fooled by Polonia Berlin's Rainer Straube, who 93 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Friedemann Olk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 99th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
