When Christian Damm came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Deathcore Alliance fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christian Damm couldn't finish the play. Achim Hoffmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 8 minutes into the match, Lienewitz FC's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Damm came free, but Kai Boris Kasperski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, Lienewitz FC's goal looked a bit too open when Volker Merod came free, but Kai Boris Kasperski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th minute, Christian Damm made a precise shot to the right of Kai Boris Kasperski. Lienewitz FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabian Hirschfelder got free with Karl Eggeling in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kai Boris Kasperski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Damm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 23 minutes, Norman Jacobs mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lienewitz FC and the Deathcore Alliance players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 23rd match minute, Lienewitz FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Norman Jacobs to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Lienewitz FC's Norman Jacobs got a free kick in the 24th minute. Achim Hoffmann kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Christian Damm in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kai Boris Kasperski saved Lienewitz FC from getting behind. In the 38th minute Christian Damm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kai Boris Kasperski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lienewitz FC's Kai Boris Kasperski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Volker Merod in the 47th minute of play. After the first half Deathcore Alliance were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Norman Jacobs was the one to do the kick off. After 50 minutes, Gerard Wild mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Deathcore Alliance and the Lienewitz FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Deathcore Alliance getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Gerard Wild hit a great ball. In the 52nd match minute, Deathcore Alliance was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Volker Merod to maneuver through the defense. Kai Boris Kasperski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pim Campen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 65th minute, Christian Damm ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kai Boris Kasperski was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. If Volker Merod had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christian Damm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kai Boris Kasperski having to interfere. After having played for 86 minutes, Christian Damm managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deathcore Alliance's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christian Damm was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Karl Eggeling took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norman Jacobs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 91 minutes into the match, Lienewitz FC's goal looked a bit too open when Achim Hoffmann came free, but Kai Boris Kasperski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Alois Kaspar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Deathcore Alliance's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
