When Karlo Poschmann fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sportverein Nord's protests and gave Karlo Poschmann a yellow card for diving instead. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Matthias Francz was the one to do the kick off. Penzenhofen FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Stig Bluhm in the 54th minute. The corner ended in Stig Bluhm almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Sportverein Nord's Jonas Greif did a great save. Jonas Greif was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
