Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Krämgen's Johannes Täger started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Henriko Tebbe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Johannes Täger, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Curd Gehl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Henriko Tebbe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Johannes Täger came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Krämgen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Johannes Täger couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in TSV Dewangen's zone, Curd Gehl stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henriko Tebbe came out of the goal and Curd Gehl tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Johannes Täger in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Henriko Tebbe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 13 minutes had been played when some careless play by TSV Dewangen's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Herbert Solka was slow to take the kick. During this time Krämgen's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Herbert Solka almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but TSV Dewangen's Henriko Tebbe did a great save. After having played for 16 minutes, Curd Gehl managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Krämgen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Curd Gehl was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Klaus-Dieter Derm struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Johannes Bartels didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TSV Dewangen. If Curd Gehl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Marco Keskin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Johannes Bartels tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Curd Gehl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Henriko Tebbe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Curd Gehl in the 47th minute.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marco Keskin to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Marco Keskin dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Johannes Bartels, 1-1. Curd Gehl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Henriko Tebbe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Curd Gehl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Lutz Schmeltzer came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Krämgen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lutz Schmeltzer couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Johannes Täger in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Henriko Tebbe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 88 minutes into the game, one of Krämgen:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Johannes Bartels, was totally fooled by TSV Dewangen's Erhard Kaindl, who 90 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Henriko Tebbe didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Johannes Täger went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. TSV Dewangen succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Krämgen had controlled the match.
