Gero Olowka scored 0-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alfons Busshoff, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 12thth minute of the game Gero Olowka who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lobeda's Alfons Busshoff was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Lobeda booed when Dynamo Lichtenberg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tim Koslowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gero Olowka scored 0-2 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alfons Busshoff, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Attila Berg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walther Wiedenroth-Coulibaly having to interfere. In the 28th minute Wilfried Füllkrug shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfons Busshoff saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 29th minute by Attila Berg got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Walther Wiedenroth-Coulibaly made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sascha Bartl in the 31st minute. When Lobeda's Davon Hartwig in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dynamo Lichtenberg's goalie prevented a goal. Ronnie Severidt charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ronnie Severidt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Dynamo Lichtenberg booed when Lobeda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ronnie Severidt didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 39 played minutes Dynamo Lichtenberg got a freekick which was hit by Kaspar Kurbjuweit. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Attila Berg took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Walther Wiedenroth-Coulibaly to make any attempt to save it. Attila Berg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Walther Wiedenroth-Coulibaly having to make a save. After the first half Dynamo Lichtenberg were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Walther Wiedenroth-Coulibaly showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Davon Hartwig, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. In the 54th minute, Gero Olowka reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alfons Busshoff. The goal made the score 1-3. Ronnie Severidt hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Alfons Busshoff acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 60th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Antti Geppert. After a rather tough play, Lobeda's Ronnie Severidt got a free kick in the 61st minute. In the 63rdth minute of the game Attila Berg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dynamo Lichtenberg's Walther Wiedenroth-Coulibaly was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alfons Busshoff made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wilfried Füllkrug in the 65th minute. Ronnie Severidt kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Lou Marczinke lost his temper 68 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 68 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Lobeda! After 71 minutes Lobeda's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antti Geppert who took care of the corner kick. In the 73rd minute of the match Dynamo Lichtenberg got a corner. Lobeda's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antti Geppert ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ronnie Severidt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ronnie Severidt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Walther Wiedenroth-Coulibaly tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Lobeda booed when Dynamo Lichtenberg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anselm Horsmann didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Dynamo Lichtenberg defense, Ronnie Severidt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Walther Wiedenroth-Coulibaly. The Dynamo Lichtenberg fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Walther Wiedenroth-Coulibaly should have stopped the shot. Davon Hartwig kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Torsten Leibrecht received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Alfons Busshoff tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Although Lobeda had been in control for most of the match, Dynamo Lichtenberg still came away with the win.
