Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Henning Brocken started the match with the kick off. If Axel Janus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Reiner Breneizeris had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andreas Münks fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florian Tolksdorf having to interfere. Florian Tolksdorf showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andreas Münks in the 23rd minute of the match. 30 minutes into the game, Arminia Herford SV's Reiner Breneizeris nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dietrich Scholven made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Konrad Schnittke hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Reiner Breneizeris could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Dietrich Scholven made a huge save. Thies Kiefer charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Thies Kiefer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 41st match minute, Katzwalchen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thies Kiefer to maneuver through the defense. Axel Janus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jochen Krämer kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Axel Janus was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Henning Brocken fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Florian Tolksdorf, passed just outside the right post. Florian Tolksdorf stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Henning Brocken's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henning Brocken in the 59th minute of play forced Arminia Herford SV's goalkeeper Florian Tolksdorf to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Henning Brocken came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Katzwalchen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Henning Brocken couldn't finish the play. 68 minutes into the match, Katzwalchen's goal looked a bit too open when Reiner Breneizeris came free, but Dietrich Scholven reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dietrich Scholven took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reiner Breneizeris, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 72 minutes into the match, Arminia Herford SV's Reiner Breneizeris sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dietrich Scholven narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 79 minutes into the game, Bruno Akbulut was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arminia Herford SV's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Katzwalchen the free kick. The supporters of Katzwalchen booed when Arminia Herford SV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruno Akbulut didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andreas Münks got free with Florian Tolksdorf in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gottlieb Biedma's late challenge caught a Katzwalchen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gottlieb Biedma helped the player get up and apologised. In the 81st match minute, Arminia Herford SV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gottlieb Biedma to maneuver through the defense. 88 minutes into the match, Arminia Herford SV's Reiner Breneizeris sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dietrich Scholven narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Katzwalchen's Dietrich Scholven played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Janus in the 94th minute of play. When the match clock showed 96 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Axel Janus sped through Katzwalchen's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dietrich Scholven. Arminia Herford SV were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Katzwalchen for a fine match.
