Vahid Waidner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. René Klotzsche tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 24thth minute of the game Raimund Beul who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Seeheim's Marek Köstler was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rayk Mentrup fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marek Köstler having to interfere. Marek Köstler made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rayk Mentrup in the 30th minute. Marek Köstler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raimund Beul, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Vahid Waidner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without René Klotzsche having to interfere. René Klotzsche made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Vahid Waidner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. René Klotzsche was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Schothoek FSV booed when Seeheim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 99 match minutes in a wonderful position. Danko Lusche didn't get a good kick on the ball. Johann Böge took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 100th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Marek Köstler. Seeheim's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The Schothoek FSV supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Seeheim's performance. The match ended with a win for Seeheim.
