The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Konstantin Schrader took the kick off in the first half of the match. 14 minutes into the game, Stefan Blindow was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Bremerhaven's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bismarck FC the free kick. Stefan Blindow hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Artur Baxmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Konstantin Schrader in the 17th minute of the match. In the 19th match minute, Bismarck FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Günther to maneuver through the defense. FC Bremerhaven's Gustav Eller proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save FC Bremerhaven from getting a goal against them. 25 minutes into the game, Conny Menzner cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Artur Baxmann was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Conny Menzner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artur Baxmann having to interfere. Artur Baxmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Konstantin Schrader in the 29th minute of the match. Artur Baxmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Konstantin Schrader, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. After some careless play in the Bismarck FC defense, Konstantin Schrader kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Artur Baxmann. The Bismarck FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Artur Baxmann should have stopped the shot. In the 35th minute, Conny Menzner ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Artur Baxmann was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Theodor Wesseler kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Martin Günther kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Konstantin Schrader's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Artur Baxmann was relentless in the 48th minute of the game.

Konstantin Schrader succeeded in the game's 53rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-4. Thies Schaus kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Konstantin Schrader in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Artur Baxmann prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Konstantin Schrader, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 62 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Artur Baxmann was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After some careless play in the Bismarck FC defense, Konstantin Schrader kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Artur Baxmann. The Bismarck FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Artur Baxmann should have stopped the shot. Konstantin Schrader fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artur Baxmann having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Conny Menzner kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Artur Baxmann. That made the score 0-6 in the 72 minute of play. When Konstantin Schrader got free in front of the goal in the 79th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Artur Baxmann was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. A collision led to FC Bremerhaven getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Konstantin Schrader hit a great ball. Konstantin Schrader received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Artur Baxmann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 89 played minutes FC Bremerhaven got a freekick which was hit by Konstantin Schrader. Gustav Eller showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thies Schaus, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Gustav Eller made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dietbald Krummwiede in the 92nd minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Bismarck FC's goalkeeper Artur Baxmann had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Conny Menzner. Conny Menzner could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Artur Baxmann made a huge save. When the final whistle sounded FC Bremerhaven left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Bismarck FC.
