After recieving a nice pass, Imbsen FC's Jes Vogel tried to score from far away in the 5th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Thomas Kitzmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Urs Groth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herbert Baffoe having to interfere. Thomas Kitzmann blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Herbert Baffoe having to make a save. 16 minutes into the game, Urs Groth cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Herbert Baffoe was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Urs Groth blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Herbert Baffoe having to make a save. If Urs Groth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urs Groth in the 24th minute of play forced Imbsen FC's goalkeeper Herbert Baffoe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25th match minute, Imbsen FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hasso Finkenzeller to maneuver through the defense. Thomas Kitzmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emanuel Boll kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. 33 minutes into the match, Imbsen FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marvin Brünen came free, but Herbert Baffoe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Herbert Baffoe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urs Groth in the 35th minute of play. Urs Groth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herbert Baffoe having to interfere. Urs Groth scored 0-2 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Herbert Baffoe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Thomas Kitzmann to strike the kick off in the second half. Leroy Abd el Farrag charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leroy Abd el Farrag the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Leroy Abd el Farrag hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Herbert Baffoe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Thomas Kitzmann's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Otto Bloch kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. In the 59th match minute, Imbsen FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jes Vogel to maneuver through the defense. Herbert Baffoe acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 60th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Mathias Michael Albrecht. After 61 played minutes Imbsen FC got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Boll. In the 62nd minute Thomas Kitzmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herbert Baffoe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 65 minutes, Hasso Finkenzeller managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Imbsen FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hasso Finkenzeller was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 68th minute, Habaletta Fire's Urs Groth dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. Marvin Brünen hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. A hard shot 73 in the game by Urs Groth from a close distance when the talented Herbert Baffoe managed to make a qualified save. Imbsen FC's players were relieved. Hasso Finkenzeller might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Thomas Zacher. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hasso Finkenzeller ran back to his position shaking his head. Urs Groth blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Herbert Baffoe having to make a save. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Imbsen FC's goalkeeper Herbert Baffoe, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thomas Kitzmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emanuel Boll charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emanuel Boll the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Habaletta Fire booed when Imbsen FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Boll didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Thomas Kitzmann in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Herbert Baffoe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Imbsen FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Habaletta Fire were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
