Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jörg Illing started the match with the kick off. Fabian Hennecke blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julius Dierking having to make a save. Christian Lorkowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julius Dierking having to interfere. Berti Michael kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. In the 10th match minute, FC Sülldorf was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andreas Boschewski to maneuver through the defense. Hendrik Bock showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Stollenwerk, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Hendrik Bock made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jörg Illing in the 15th minute of play. Marcel Edinger could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Hendrik Bock made a huge save. Christian Lorkowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Düddingen's goalkeeper Julius Dierking, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fabian Hennecke struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Julius Dierking didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Sülldorf. If Christian Lorkowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christian Lorkowski struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fabian Hennecke was the one to do the kick off. After 53 played minutes FC Sülldorf got a freekick which was hit by Christian Lorkowski. Christian Lorkowski took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julius Dierking. Julius Dierking dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Jörg Illing took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hendrik Bock. In the 63rd minute Marcel Edinger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hendrik Bock saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Düddingen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Istvan Møller was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fabian Hennecke's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julius Dierking read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. In the 81st minute, FC Sülldorf's Fabian Hennecke dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. After a defensive mix-up in Düddingen's zone, Fabian Hennecke stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julius Dierking came out of the goal and Fabian Hennecke tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Julius Dierking showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabian Hennecke, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. The FC Sülldorf supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FC Sülldorf would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
