The referee ignored Friesau FC's protests and gave Uli Gentner a yellow card for diving instead. Uli Gentner hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Jupp Abschatz stood somewhat misplaced when Torbjörn Resch came free in front of goal and shot 2-0 to the left of him in the 10 minute. In the 20th minute of the match Wilfried Schroers sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jupp Abschatz skillfully saved the ball. After 22 minutes, Samuel Kaiser mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SV München 19 and the Friesau FC players grew even worse after the yellow card.
