Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Frederick Madl made the kick off which started today's match. Jossip Nievelstein could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Karl Lachmann made a huge save. Frederick Madl recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kosmas Kramer hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Thomas Reinholz hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Karl Lachmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alec Köhncke in the 21st minute of the match. Thomas Bongartz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frederick Madl in the 28th minute of play. The corner ended in Benedikt Pötters almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Das Panzar's Karl Lachmann did a great save. Walther Ockmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thomas Bongartz having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alec Köhncke in the 48th minute of play forced Das Panzar's goalkeeper Karl Lachmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alec Köhncke stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Alec Köhncke left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The EC Castrop CCK 96 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Karl Lachmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alec Köhncke in the 56th minute of play. Thomas Bongartz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Frederick Madl showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 58 minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, EC Castrop CCK 96's Jossip Nievelstein sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Karl Lachmann narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alec Köhncke received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Karl Lachmann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 73 minutes into the game, Thomas Reinholz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Das Panzar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave EC Castrop CCK 96 the free kick. The supporters of EC Castrop CCK 96 booed when Das Panzar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thomas Reinholz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Walther Ockmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thomas Bongartz having to interfere. Karl Lachmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alec Köhncke in the 85th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Das Panzar's Thomas Bongartz threw himself towards the right post 89 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Frederick Madl, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A collision led to Das Panzar getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Robbie Renger hit a great ball. If Jossip Nievelstein had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
