Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) A collision led to Schlierbach FC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Hermann Bongartz hit a great ball. Roland Jaffke received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Detlef Morgenroth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 7th match minute, Schlierbach FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bodo Hartwig to maneuver through the defense. Detlef Morgenroth was out of position in the 8 minute of play, and Cornelius Lindenthal capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cornelius Lindenthal really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Thilo Heinrichs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 20th minute, Helge Heitland ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fabian Berrang was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 22nd match minute, FC Volley was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ludwig Lingor to maneuver through the defense. Thilo Heinrichs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th minute Cornelius Lindenthal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Detlef Morgenroth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Thilo Heinrichs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Helge Heitland kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. FC Volley's Fabian Berrang played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thilo Heinrichs in the 39th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Ludwig Lingor in the 42nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Schlierbach FC's Bodo Hartwig. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Axel Schuchter made the kick off in the second half. When Thilo Heinrichs came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Schlierbach FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thilo Heinrichs couldn't finish the play. Thilo Heinrichs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Berrang having to interfere. In the 57th minute Roland Jaffke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Detlef Morgenroth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Volley's Fabian Berrang proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save FC Volley from getting a goal against them. 60 minutes into the match, FC Volley's goalkeeper Fabian Berrang had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Thilo Heinrichs. 61 minutes into the game, Axel Schuchter recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Fabian Berrang. Axel Schuchter showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. After 66 played minutes FC Volley got a freekick which was hit by Dimo Stumm. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bodo Hartwig during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Schlierbach FC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Bodo Hartwig hit a great ball. Roland Jaffke recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Roland Jaffke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roland Jaffke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Detlef Morgenroth having to interfere. Schlierbach FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
