In the 4th minute, POTENZA SPORT CLUB S.R.L.'s Dominik Dürr seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Dominik Dürr the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of POTENZA SPORT CLUB S.R.L. protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Dominik Dürr had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 4 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for POTENZA SPORT CLUB S.R.L.! In the 10th minute, Gordon Schmitz made a precise shot to the right of Karsten Barth. POTENZA SPORT CLUB S.R.L.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gordon Schmitz got free with Karsten Barth in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 16 minutes into the match, POTENZA SPORT CLUB S.R.L.'s goal looked a bit too open when Reiner Wohlfart came free, but Karsten Barth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jakob Haug struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Niclas Krause didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for POTENZA SPORT CLUB S.R.L.. In the 20th minute, Gordon Schmitz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Karsten Barth was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Karsten Barth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dittmar Cronen in the 26th minute of the match. Jakob Haug struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Niclas Krause didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for POTENZA SPORT CLUB S.R.L.. Gordon Schmitz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Karsten Barth made a huge save. After 32 played minutes Rodolfo Kroke rounded POTENZA SPORT CLUB S.R.L.'s defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 4-0. Gordon Schmitz came free with the goalkeeper in the 35th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Karsten Barth could save by the left post. Reiner Wohlfart fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karsten Barth having to interfere. In the 38th match minute, POTENZA SPORT CLUB S.R.L. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chris Westermayer to maneuver through the defense. 42 minutes into the match, POTENZA SPORT CLUB S.R.L.'s goalkeeper Karsten Barth had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rodolfo Kroke. When Markus Paul Könemann fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored POTENZA SPORT CLUB S.R.L.'s protests and gave Markus Paul Könemann a yellow card for diving instead. Markus Paul Könemann kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. In the 47th minute Rodolfo Kroke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karsten Barth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jakob Haug was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, POTENZA SPORT CLUB S.R.L.'s goal looked a bit too open when Gordon Schmitz came free, but Karsten Barth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 52 minutes into the game, Rodolfo Kroke cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Karsten Barth was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 56 minutes into the match, Gregor Kress dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Niclas Krause, 5-1. After a rather tough play, German Spartan Stuttgart's Yannis Banz got a free kick in the 61st minute. German Spartan Stuttgart's attentive Dieter Wachsmann managed to snatch the ball when Serkan Rosenbaum made a throw-in in the 65th minute of the game. Jakob Haug charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jakob Haug the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 71st minute, Jakob Haug hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in POTENZA SPORT CLUB S.R.L.'s zone, Gordon Schmitz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karsten Barth came out of the goal and Gordon Schmitz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 76 minutes of play, POTENZA SPORT CLUB S.R.L.'s Jakob Haug made it 5-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Niclas Krause was left in no man's land by his defense there! Yannis Banz's late challenge caught a POTENZA SPORT CLUB S.R.L.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Yannis Banz helped the player get up and apologised. In the 84th minute, Rodolfo Kroke got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Reiner Wohlfart scored 6-2 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Karsten Barth, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reiner Wohlfart in the 93rd minute of play forced POTENZA SPORT CLUB S.R.L.'s goalkeeper Karsten Barth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Jakob Haug came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the POTENZA SPORT CLUB S.R.L. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jakob Haug couldn't finish the play. German Spartan Stuttgart's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
