Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Wolf-Rüdiger Pflug made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Relf Anderson in the 7th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Bodelschwingh FSV's zone, Marco Woltera stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wolf-Rüdiger Pflug came out of the goal and Marco Woltera tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 12th minute Jostein Rieger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wolf-Rüdiger Pflug saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marco Woltera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Relf Anderson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wolf-Rüdiger Pflug read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Jostein Rieger managed to get in a good position for a shot. RB LINDENAU's supporters rose to their feet, but Jostein Rieger was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wolf-Rüdiger Pflug breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of RB LINDENAU booed when Bodelschwingh FSV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bastian Kaczmarek didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Relf Anderson came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the RB LINDENAU fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Relf Anderson couldn't finish the play. After 37 minutes, Uwe Scherer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the RB LINDENAU and the Bodelschwingh FSV players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jostein Rieger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wolf-Rüdiger Pflug having to interfere. After having played for 43 minutes, Wilhelm Orell managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RB LINDENAU's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wilhelm Orell was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Primus Kappel in the 52nd minute of play forced RB LINDENAU's goalkeeper Dirk Wimmer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Relf Anderson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Wolf-Rüdiger Pflug tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wilhelm Orell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Bodelschwingh FSV's Wolf-Rüdiger Pflug proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Bodelschwingh FSV from getting a goal against them. Relf Anderson might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wolf-Rüdiger Pflug. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Relf Anderson ran back to his position shaking his head. 73 minutes into the match, Bodelschwingh FSV's goalkeeper Wolf-Rüdiger Pflug had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wilhelm Orell. A collision led to Bodelschwingh FSV getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Gilles Wiese hit a great ball. After 78 played minutes RB LINDENAU got a freekick which was hit by Ingmar Händl. Dirk Wimmer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Primus Kappel in the 81st minute of the match. Relf Anderson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 86th minute Marco Woltera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wolf-Rüdiger Pflug saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Relf Anderson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
