When Raul Baumeister fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Kick Daneben's protests and gave Raul Baumeister a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to FC Kick Daneben getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 78 minutes into the game, Carl Nooke recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Fidelio Oesterreich. Carl Nooke showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. FC Kick Daneben's Fidelio Oesterreich played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carl Nooke in the 82nd minute of play. Fidelio Oesterreich made an important save on a dangerous shot by Egon Buchen in the 83rd minute. If Alonso Hegemann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Cappenberg FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
