In the 4th match minute, Däfern FSV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricky Schweger to maneuver through the defense. 6 minutes into the game, Benjamin Breitbach was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Olsens Eleven's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Däfern FSV the free kick. If Boris Menke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Olsens Eleven getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Viktor Blechstein hit a great ball. Boris Menke was extremely unlucky when he, in the 15th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Olsens Eleven's Arp Yilmaz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Olsens Eleven from getting a goal against them. Maik Bamsen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arp Yilmaz having to interfere. Uno Veit fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niko Finnern having to interfere. If Boris Menke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 37 minutes into the match, Olsens Eleven's goalkeeper Arp Yilmaz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ricky Schweger. Ricky Schweger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Arp Yilmaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 43rd minute, Boris Menke reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Arp Yilmaz. The goal made the score 1-0. The supporters of Olsens Eleven booed when Däfern FSV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maik Bamsen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Costa Serway sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Boris Menke was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Olsens Eleven getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Olaf Neuenhaus hit a great ball. Olsens Eleven's Arp Yilmaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boris Menke in the 73rd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Boris Menke put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Arp Yilmaz. 79 minutes into the game, Ricky Schweger cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Arp Yilmaz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Boris Menke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 89 minutes of play, Däfern FSV's Boris Menke made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arp Yilmaz was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 94th minute, Costa Serway fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Niko Finnern, passed just outside the right post.
