Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Brix Noffke took the kick off in the first half of the match. Erich Höfken received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Guido Winkelsett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 5th match minute, Ruhla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilhelm Ockmann to maneuver through the defense. Erich Höfken could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Guido Winkelsett made a huge save. In the 11th match minute, Ruhla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Morten Baur to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Ruhla's Guido Winkelsett got control of the ball when Nikolai Kühne tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Ruhla's Matthew Pfeifenberger in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Guido Winkelsett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brix Noffke, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guido Winkelsett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brix Noffke in the 30th minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Ruhla's goal looked a bit too open when Erich Höfken came free, but Guido Winkelsett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guido Winkelsett made an important save on a dangerous shot by Erich Höfken in the 36th minute. When Silmenitz FSV's Brix Noffke in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ruhla's goalie prevented a goal. Erich Höfken recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Guido Winkelsett was out of position in the 43 minute of play, and Nikolai Kühne capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Nikolai Kühne really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Brix Noffke might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Guido Winkelsett. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Brix Noffke ran back to his position shaking his head. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kim Rahaus stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the game, Nikolai Kühne was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Silmenitz FSV's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ruhla the free kick. Nikolai Kühne kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Ruhla's Kim Rahaus got a free kick in the 64th minute. Brix Noffke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. Guido Winkelsett was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Erich Höfken came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Silmenitz FSV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erich Höfken couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Brix Noffke's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Guido Winkelsett was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. Guido Winkelsett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brix Noffke in the 89th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Brix Noffke in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guido Winkelsett prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Sepp Matetzki came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Silmenitz FSV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sepp Matetzki couldn't finish the play. Silmenitz FSV walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
