Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kay Schroers started the match with the kick off. Thorbjörn Krummwiede made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Friedemann Mönnich sent off a good shot on target. When Friedemann Mönnich came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Meyerdamm fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Friedemann Mönnich couldn't finish the play. Torger Waibel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Waldemar Gorny in the 16th minute of the match. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Meyerdamm's goalkeeper Torger Waibel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Friedemann Mönnich succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 23rd playminute. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Spechtholtshook's goalkeeper Thorbjörn Krummwiede, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Spechtholtshook's Günter von Egidy got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 36th minute Waldemar Gorny shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Torger Waibel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 38th minute, Friedemann Mönnich ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Thorbjörn Krummwiede was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Waldemar Gorny made a kick off. Kay Schroers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Friedemann Mönnich had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58th minute Friedemann Mönnich shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thorbjörn Krummwiede saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Friedemann Mönnich struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Thorbjörn Krummwiede didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Meyerdamm. Günter von Egidy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 69 minutes into the match, Meyerdamm's goalkeeper Torger Waibel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Günter von Egidy. After a rather tough play, Meyerdamm's Mario Achminow got a free kick in the 70th minute. Lev Fach's late challenge caught a Spechtholtshook's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lev Fach helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Meyerdamm fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 73rd minute. Penalty! Meyerdamm's Torger Waibel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Günter von Egidy in the 78th minute of play. If Friedemann Mönnich had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thorbjörn Krummwiede showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Friedemann Mönnich in the 85th minute of the match. After 88 played minutes Spechtholtshook got a freekick which was hit by Wenzel Siller. If Kay Schroers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thorbjörn Krummwiede made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Friedemann Mönnich in the 93rd minute of play. 3-1 became the score in the 94th minute when Kay Schroers elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Meyerdamm's Kay Schroers got a good chance for a goal in the 98th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Meyerdamm had won after a very even match.
