Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Thorsten Gieß kicked off to start the match. 4 minutes into the match, Steide's goal looked a bit too open when Octavian Raps came free, but Helge Wille reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 7th minute of the match, Helge Brock got a very nice opportunity to score, but Leo Bormann was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Hieronymus Gärtner's late challenge caught a Steide's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hieronymus Gärtner helped the player get up and apologised. In the 14th minute, Hieronymus Gärtner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 15th minute, Björn Habbel sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Concordia Bremerhaven's Leo Bormann didn't even have to move. Richard Gliemann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 27th match minute, Steide was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hippo Schräder to maneuver through the defense. After 36 played minutes Concordia Bremerhaven got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Minschke. If Thorsten Gieß had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th minute, Kai Hugo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Octavian Raps to make the kick off. Thorsten Gieß received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Leo Bormann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leo Bormann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thorsten Gieß in the 57th minute of play. When Steide's Thorsten Gieß in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Concordia Bremerhaven's goalie prevented a goal. Thorsten Gieß fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leo Bormann having to interfere. In the 71stth minute of the game Helge Brock who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Concordia Bremerhaven's Leo Bormann was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thorsten Gieß recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thorsten Gieß sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leo Bormann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Helge Brock, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Despite being the better team, Steide failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
