Artur Heilmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kilian Schabert having to interfere. Philipp Balser received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Kilian Schabert tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, FC Kickers's Kilian Schabert got control of the ball when Philipp Balser tried to sneak it across the goal line. 9 minutes into the match, FC Kickers's goal looked a bit too open when Artur Heilmann came free, but Kilian Schabert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Philipp Balser fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kilian Schabert having to interfere. When Yves Gerlinger came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the FC Kickers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yves Gerlinger couldn't finish the play. 16 minutes into the match, Philipp Balser notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of FC Kickers's Kilian Schabert. Kilian Schabert was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 20th minute, Artur Heilmann reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Kilian Schabert. The goal made the score 2-0. Kilian Schabert made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Philipp Balser sent off a good shot on target. Florian Trobentar hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Philipp Balser fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kilian Schabert having to interfere. Kilian Schabert was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Artur Heilmann showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 36 minute of play. If Philipp Balser had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kilian Schabert took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Artur Heilmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 42 played minutes FC Kickers got a freekick which was hit by Florian Trobentar. The crowd rose to their feet as 1FC Hainstadt's Artur Heilmann slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Kilian Schabert. That made the score 4-0 after 46 minutes of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Artur Heilmann made a kick off. In the 55th minute Philipp Balser shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kilian Schabert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Yves Gerlinger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Artur Heilmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 65 played minutes FC Kickers got a freekick which was hit by Bradley Beier. FC Kickers's Kilian Schabert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Philipp Balser in the 68th minute of play. If Artur Heilmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 81st minute, Artur Heilmann got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Artur Heilmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Kickers's goalkeeper Kilian Schabert, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 89th minute Artur Heilmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kilian Schabert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Kickers's Kilian Schabert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artur Heilmann in the 94th minute of play. Kilian Schabert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Artur Heilmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. 1FC Hainstadt were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
