Jörg Uhde in the 48thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Luis Hönig, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Justin Sanger stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jörg Uhde in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luis Hönig saved FC Holzkopf from getting behind. Luis Hönig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from August Wissmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Jörg Uhde's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luis Hönig read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play.
