When Walter Waldner came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Salzburghofen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Walter Waldner couldn't finish the play. From close distance Harald Bender pressed in the 1-0 goal high up into nets stiches in the right cross 35 minutes into the game. Salzburghofen's Hagen Bär got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eugen Küfner didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Harald Bender went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. With his leg Eugen Küfner managed to avoid a goal in the 46thth minute, when Siyah Sancak's Harald Bender fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Harald Bender could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Eugen Küfner made a huge save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Walter Waldner stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Siyah Sancak's Ovidiu Fetanu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eugen Küfner narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Hagen Bär had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpected shot in the 59th minute by Christian Groß got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After having played for 62 minutes, Harald Bender managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Siyah Sancak's supporters crossed their fingers, but Harald Bender was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 67 minutes into the match, Salzburghofen's Hagen Bär sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Björn Czerkus narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Eugen Küfner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ovidiu Fetanu in the 69th minute of the match. After 69 minutes, Raban Sempert mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Siyah Sancak and the Salzburghofen players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 69 played minutes Siyah Sancak got a freekick which was hit by Raban Sempert. Klemens Albers took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eugen Küfner. Eugen Küfner dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Christian Groß hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. In the 83rd minute, Ovidiu Fetanu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Siyah Sancak fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. During the 87th minute of the match Raban Sempert completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Raban Sempert a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 87th match minute, Siyah Sancak was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raban Sempert to maneuver through the defense. In the 91st minute Ovidiu Fetanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugen Küfner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd minute Klemens Albers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugen Küfner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hagen Bär might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Björn Czerkus. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hagen Bär ran back to his position shaking his head. Klemens Albers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugen Küfner having to interfere. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Siyah Sancak were victorious despite being under pressure from Salzburghofen for much of the match.
