In the 3rd minute, Irmin Deligöz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With his leg Donatus Faller managed to avoid a goal in the 7thth minute, when Uhrde FC's Fabio Hilligloh fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Detleff Karhoff's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Krister Rubeck read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. Donatus Faller took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdul Westermann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Henning Carnap kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Fabio Hilligloh could shoot a difficult shot in the 19th minute, which Donatus Faller however easily saved by the left post. After having played for 28 minutes, Detleff Karhoff managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC StarCity's supporters crossed their fingers, but Detleff Karhoff was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Henning Carnap sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fabio Hilligloh could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Donatus Faller made a huge save. After 33 minutes, Detleff Karhoff made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Uhrde FC's Krister Rubeck tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Uhrde FC booed when FC StarCity was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lars Wehrheim didn't get a good kick on the ball. Florian Gutzeit's late challenge caught a FC StarCity's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Florian Gutzeit helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Uhrde FC's Florian Gutzeit got a free kick in the 44th minute. Fabio Hilligloh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdul Westermann in the 49th minute of play forced FC StarCity's goalkeeper Donatus Faller to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Detleff Karhoff made a kick off. Lars Wehrheim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Uhrde FC's zone, Henning Carnap stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Krister Rubeck came out of the goal and Henning Carnap tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Detleff Karhoff sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 76 minutes into the game, Eckart Wodarg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Krister Rubeck was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 79 minutes, Lars Wehrheim mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC StarCity and the Uhrde FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 80th match minute, FC StarCity was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lars Wehrheim to maneuver through the defense. In the 87thth minute of the game Detleff Karhoff who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uhrde FC's Krister Rubeck was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Donatus Faller took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabio Hilligloh, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 99 minutes into the match, FC StarCity's goal looked a bit too open when Abdul Westermann came free, but Donatus Faller reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC StarCity played a much better game than Uhrde FC and deserved their victory. The Uhrde FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
