Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kyrill Bergers started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Joerg-Uwe Mühlhäuser got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Joerg-Uwe Mühlhäuser received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Holger Schulze tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joerg-Uwe Mühlhäuser's late challenge caught a Niederweidingen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joerg-Uwe Mühlhäuser helped the player get up and apologised. Joerg-Uwe Mühlhäuser kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in FC Wolle Brunnen's zone, Balduin Koellner stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chris Lutz came out of the goal and Balduin Koellner tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kirsten Bleile in the 22nd minute of play forced Niederweidingen's goalkeeper Holger Schulze to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 23 played minutes Niederweidingen got a freekick which was hit by Benno Kleber. In the 24th minute, Kirsten Bleile left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Wolle Brunnen fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Holger Schulze made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Udo Zabel in the 33rd minute of play. Holger Schulze came out of the goal and Kirsten Bleile tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Udo Zabel made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Kirsten Bleile fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Holger Schulze, passed just outside the right post. In the 51st minute of the match, Kirsten Bleile tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Holger Schulze saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Udo Zabel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Niederweidingen defense, Joerg-Uwe Mühlhäuser kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Holger Schulze. The Niederweidingen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Holger Schulze should have stopped the shot. Holger Schulze took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kirsten Bleile, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of FC Wolle Brunnen booed when Niederweidingen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Shingo Czylwick didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Udo Zabel could shoot a difficult shot in the 72nd minute, which Holger Schulze however easily saved by the left post. Holger Schulze didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when FC Wolle Brunnen's Udo Zabel shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-4 in the ordered_time% minute. Udo Zabel struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Holger Schulze didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Wolle Brunnen. In the 79th match minute, Niederweidingen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Shingo Czylwick to maneuver through the defense. If Udo Zabel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 84 minutes into the match, FC Wolle Brunnen's Joerg-Uwe Mühlhäuser sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Holger Schulze narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Niederweidingen's Christof Lang got a free kick in the 87th minute. Chris Lutz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Balduin Koellner in the 91st minute of play. Ralf Mehring kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. If Balduin Koellner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Niederweidingen fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC Wolle Brunnen were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
